Limitações do ERP SALES ORDER – CRM

Ae Galera,
Neste Post de Hoje vou abordar algumas particularidades do ERP SALES ORDER, quem pensa que vai emular uma ordem de venda do SAP CRM com ERP SALES ORDER e vai realizar tudo igualzinho a VA01, 02 e 03, está completamente enganado… Isso mesmo pessoal o ERP SALES ORDER tem suas limitações e antes de sair implementando é bom ter noção do que ele pode ou não fazer!
Mas antes vamos entender um pouco do ERP SALES ORDER, ele serve para que os funcionários da sua empresa, tenham acesso a processar e criar os documentos de vendas do SAP ERP.
Segue uma nota para consultar as restrições diretamente na SAP, para quem não tem acesso estou colocando o conteúdo da nota abaixo, desta forma vocês podem dar uma analisada por aqui tbm!!!

This note deals with creating and changing ERP sales transactions in SAP CRM.

Reason and Prerequisites
You should take this note into account before implementing the ERP sales transaction in the CRM WebClient UI. Note that you require at least
ERP 2005 in order to use ERP sales transactions in the CRM WebClient UI, CRM 2007.
This function supports sales employees with easy ERP sales document processing. You can use the complete scope of functions only in SAP ERP.
See the following restrictions.
Solution
l Fields:
¡ Not all ERP customer order fields are available in the CRM WebClient UI.
¡ Customer fields: Enhancements are not supported: However, user exists are supported.
l User decisions:
¡ User decisions possibilities (dialog boxes) are restricted to the selection of the sales area.
¡ Further user decisions (for example, no selection is possible if several ship-to parties are found) are not possible.
l Documents: Document types
The following sales document types are not supported:
¡ Inquiries
¡ Contracts: Value contract and group contract
Note: Only quantity contracts are supported.
¡ Scheduling agreements
The following document types are supported on the CRM WebClient UI with restrictions in terms of user decisions or displaying
information.
¡ Make-to-order production process, third-party order processing, individual purchase orders: only without dialog box (you can process
the purchase order but there is no dialog box with PP or MM information).
¡ The document type cannot be changed again after you have selected it.
¡ Several document items that are not supported are proposed by using the “Create” button (for example, the value contract).
l Documents: Determination
¡ Quotation determination is not supported.
¡ Contract determination is not supported.
l Documents: Copy/follow-up:
¡ Create with reference: You can only copy the complete document.

Note:You cannot copy items completely; for example, item-related partner data is not copied. Note that the option for
copying items supports only simple data input.
¡ CRM activity as a follow-on document for ERP document (only data transfer, no document flow in ERP SD)
¡ Quantity contracts: The ordered quantity is not displayed; the purchase orders are visible only in the document flow (without
quantities).
¡ Billing plan is not supported.
l Product determination and substitution – The following functions are not supported:
¡ Item proposal (top N)
¡ Batch determination
¡ Manual material substitution: Substitution is done automatically (there is no dialog); the first product on a list is selected.
l Partner – restrictions:
¡ One-time customers are not supported.
¡ You can change the address only for the partner type “KU”.
l Conditions/pricing:
¡ Columns for discount in the item (easy condition entry) are not supported.
l ATP check – restrictions:
¡ There is no confirmation proposal screen (partial delivery).
¡ There is no button for ATP checking (only automatic ATP is possible).
¡ The ATP column in the item is not supported.
l Credit check – restrictions:
¡ You cannot manually trigger the credit check; only the automatic credit check is supported (when saving).
l Error handling/logs:
Note: Unlike other SAP CRM applications, the SD logic is used; this means that one message is processed after another.
l Archiving:
Unlike other sales transactions in SAP CRM, the archive search is not available for ERP sales transactions.
l Other functions that are not supported:
¡ Payment cards
¡ Print function
¡ Function “Exporting and send list”
¡ User status (defined by the customer)
¡ Attachments
¡ Scheduling of actions
¡ Change history
¡ Configuration
